Refunds and Returns Policy

At Northline Labs, quality and purity are our top priorities. Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the potential for degradation if mishandled, our return policies are strictly enforced.

1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The wrong item was shipped to you.
• The vial arrived damaged or broken (photographic evidence required within 48 hours of delivery).
• The product remains in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

To ensure the integrity of our inventory, we cannot accept returns on:

• Reconstituted or mixed peptides.
• Vials where the protective seal has been broken or tampered with.
• Orders delayed by courier issues outside of our control.

3. Initiating a Return

If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send your order number and photo evidence to customerservice@northlinelabspeptide.com. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
