Shipping Policy

We understand that timely delivery is critical for laboratory research schedules. Northline Labs utilizes highly efficient domestic logistics to ensure your materials arrive safely and quickly.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, will be shipped the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Domestic Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected speed.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the courier and tracking is marked as "Delivered," Northline Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.

If your package is delayed significantly beyond the estimated window, please contact customerservice@northlinelabspeptide.com and we will assist in opening a courier investigation.
